PROFILE:Profile: - Knowledge and experience in Telecom projects, software delivery related of core network components; - Previous Service Management experience; - Experience and Enthusiast in Leadership; - Extensive experience working across multiple delivery contexts and Customers; - Experience working in a Customer Service oriented role; - Ability to draw conclusions and recommend improvement initiatives; - Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills [English needs to be very fluent].
